When the metro runs
The Almaty metro runs daily from 06:20 to midnight. The first train leaves at 06:20 and the last around 00:00. The opening hours are the same every day, but weekdays and weekends have different timetables.
The metro does not run at night. After it closes, taxis are the main option.
