How we process personal data
Data controller

What data we collect
Contact form data. When you send us a message we process your name, email address and the text of your message. The basis for processing is your consent. We use this data only to answer your question and keep it for no more than two years.
Server logs. The web server automatically records your IP address, the time of the request, your browser type and the referring page. The basis for processing is the legitimate interest of security and troubleshooting; logs are kept for no more than 30 days.
Analytics. If visitor analytics are used on the site, the data is processed in aggregated form with anonymised IP addresses.
Data sharing
We do not sell or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. On our behalf, data is processed by our hosting and email providers and by the Cloudflare content delivery network, which keep the site running and protected.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to request its correction or deletion, to restrict processing, to object to processing and to withdraw your consent. Personal data is processed in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Personal Data and its Protection”.

Security
The site uses a secure HTTPS connection. The contact form is protected against spam (a hidden field and reCAPTCHA), which collect no personal data beyond what is needed to detect spam.
